Course Description
This course introduces a structured approach for dealing with the organizational and human aspects of technology transition, including the key concepts of resistance and change management, organizational change, communications, and processes by which professional change agents influence the introductions, adoption, and diffusion of technological change.

About one week before NCSU's first day of class (or, if it is close to the start of classes, as soon as the student signs up), campus coordinator Bria Sledge will email individual students a welcome letter with his/her campus Unity ID, student ID number, and temporary password. The email also includes log in instructions for the student’s gmail account and course content.
