Community and Natural Resource Management
Course Description
This course introduces the breadth of consideration involved in community resource management. Course content includes theoretical frameworks, methodological investigation, and applied practices to enhance community development professionals’ ability to work with their communities to plan, develop, and monitor the conservation and development of the natural resources with multiple functions.

Course Access
 
Approximately 2-3 weeks before the first day of class at K-State, the K-State campus coordinator, Ashley Schultz, will email course access instructions to visiting students for courses taught by K-State. These instructions are also available on the Visiting Students webpage at K-State. By following the course access instructions, visiting students create their K-State eID and complete the K-State Course Access Form. Students meeting all deadlines for eID creation and submission will have access to Canvas by the first day of class.

Comments

There are two required synchronous sessions meant to provide the student with practical knowledge from professionals who are experts in their respective fields. The dates/times for these sessions will be provided by the instructor closer to the beginning of class. Please contact the instructor with any questions or concerns.
