This course is about nutritional needs throughout the life span, including pregnancy, lactation, growth, and aging. The course also covers approaches to nutrition education for different ages.

Course Access

Canvas at UNL

Approximately two to three weeks before the first day of class, a UNL campus coordinator (Lisa King, Diane Wasser, Diane Nelson, Kelsey Sims or Danielle Silsbee) will email students with information (student name, email, and NU ID) and instructions for accessing UNL classes.  Students will claim their UNL account by setting a password and security questions. Once students claim their ID, they will be able to access their courses at canvas.unl.edu.  Courses may not be visible to students until the first day of class.
