Gail Gates is an emerita professor of Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University. She is a registered dietitian and a fellow of the American Dietetic Association Her expertise is in community nutrition, food and lifestyle behaviors, nutrition education, dietetics education, and international nutrition.
