Jennifer Kampmann says her work with children has allowed her to develop the knowledge, skills, and disposition to effectively prepare future educators for teaching young children. Her training and work in her doctoral program prepared her well in managing and administrating in higher education and furthering research and publishing in her field of study.
She loves working with students of all ages but especially with young children. Seeing the wonder in how they look at the world and the expression on their faces when they discover something new reminds her that there is good in this world. She enjoys helping others see why early childhood education is an important time for discovery and learning in a child's life.
Kampmann enjoys organizing projects and finding new and innovative ways to find efficiency in programs. It makes her happy when she can help others find ways to work smarter not harder.
