The "Common Price" per credit hour for each academic program is established and reviewed annually by the Great Plains IDEA Financial Officers Functional Team. The recommended Common Price is forwarded to the Great Plains IDEA Cabinet for approval. The Common Price includes all fees and distance delivery costs. Students pay the Common Price for all courses completed through Great Plains IDEA. If a student enrolls in a course at their home institution, but outside of Great Plains IDEA, regular university tuition and fees may apply.
