Swine Environment Management

Course Description
Response of swine to thermal environment, ventilation system design and analysis, heating and cooling systems and examples of various designs for all phases of production. Troubleshooting ventilation systems and energy analysis of production units.

Students will receive course information and a welcome letter about 3 weeks prior to the start of class.  Then approximately one week before the first day of class at Iowa State University, the ISU campus coordinators (Michelle Zander or Karen Smidt) will email course access instructions to students for courses taught by Iowa State.
