Nutrition & Physical Activity in Aging

This course identifies the basic physiologic changes during aging and how they impact health and disease. The focus is on successful aging with special emphasis on physical activity and nutrition. The course includes practical application to community settings.

Nutrition for the Older Adult
The OSU campus coordinator, Karla Sisco
, will contact students approximately three weeks prior to the beginning of a semester with preliminary information, and again one week prior to the beginning of the semester with login name and password. OSU's online courses are facilitated by Brightspace.
