Advanced registration is closed. You may still register onsite at the conference. Visit the schedule webpage to learn when the registration desk will be open.

Will there be a virtual option?

No. The 2024 conference is neither virtual nor hybrid. It is a fully, in-person conference. If you cannot attend but would like to join your program meetings virtually, contact your program's faculty coordinator.

Payment Information

Payment is encouraged prior to the conference to expedite your check-in process. Questions about payment can be directed to Kathryn Harth.

Registration Confirmation

You should receive an email confirmation of registration and receipt of payment or invoice within 72 hours of registering. If you do not, please contact Kathryn Harth.

Cancellation or Changes to Registration

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to Kathryn Harth. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received by 5 p.m. CST on April 1, 2024. After April 1, due to guarantees, we must provide, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing by April 1 are responsible for paying the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.

Great Plains IDEA may cancel or postpone the meeting because of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances. If canceled or postponed, Great Plains IDEA will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the meeting is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Great Plains IDEA.

Publicity Statement

Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless Great Plains IDEA is notified in writing at prior to the start date.
