VIRTUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for the 2020 virtual conference.
The online version of the annual conference is free to attend. To help us prepare for this unique approach, we ask that you register for the meetings and events you will attend.
Please register by Wednesday, April 15.
Registration fees will be refunded via the same method used for payment.
It may take 10-14 business days to receive your refund. If you paid by check, it may take much longer given that many offices across many universities are temporarily shut down to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
If you cancelled your registration earlier and were charged the $25 cancellation fee, all cancellation fees will be refunded. The $25 fee will be refunded via the same method used for payment.

Great Plains IDEA and Kansas State University are not responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Accepted payment methods
- Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Your credit card statement will show payment to KSU Controller's Office IV.

Payment is encouraged prior to the conference to expedite your check-in process. Questions about payment can be directed to the registration office at 800-432-8222.
You should receive a registration confirmation within a few hours of registering. And invoice/receipt will be attached. If you do not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-432-8222 weekdays between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject line “Great Plains IDEA Annual Conference”. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the registration office by 5 p.m. CST on April 10, 2020. After April 10, due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing by April 10, 2020, are responsible for paying the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.
K-State Global Campus may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, K-State Global Campus will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Global Campus is notified in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start date.
A conference or noncredit program participant who needs accommodations due to a disability or special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
