Academic Integrity

Understanding academic integrity and plagiarism is important for all students.  Review the academic integrity policies at your home and teaching universities. 

  • Plagiarism. The act of stating or "implying that another person’s work is your own” (Penn State, 2017). 
  • Academic Integrity. “Academic integrity is the pursuit of scholarly activity in an open, honest and responsible manner” (Penn State, 2017).
