Military Academic Advancement Program (MAAP)
In 2010, Great Plains IDEA was awarded a grant sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to engage land grant universities in supporting military-connected students.
The MAAP initiative brought the alliance community together to:
- Learn more about serving military students
- Develop new programs
- Increase awareness of military-connected students
Great Plains IDEA members are proud to continue serving and supporting military-connected students in all of our programs.
